Stockergut

The old farm house of the Stockergutes was in very bad condition. It had neither thermal insulation nor contemporary electrical installation. The wooden floor structure and the roof trusses as well as the roof ceilings could no longer be maintained due to damage and needed to be replaced.
As with the old farm house, the front of the new building is used as living spaces and the rear as an agricultural storage area. The architectural design of the new building takes up parameters of the old and the special location. It is characterized by a broad, massive perforated facade, a central residential area and a pitched roof. The contemporary interpretation of these design parameters coupled with a contemporary design, lighting and spatial concept are the main features of the new building.
