The clients requested for a simple, affordable and contemporary house. Special attention was demanded to the site as it was a slightly inclined northern slope.
A compact, two-storey timber constructed building is placed on a solid concrete basement. The projection of the upper floor results in a spacious and covered entrance area.
The design of the interior and the window openings were determined by the charming view of the surrounding mountains. The cost of construction of the house is considered an important contribution to affordable housing.
